1. Training Sessions
All flight training lessons are scheduled carefully to match instructor and aircraft availability. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Late Cancellations (under 48 hours): A rescheduling fee may apply; credits may not be issued.
- No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations: Training Fees are non-refundable but credits may be issued at our discretion.
2. Aircraft Rentals
Plane rental hours are reserved in advance for your exclusive use.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Changes made within 24 hours of the rental window may be charged as scheduled.
- Charges are non-refundable after the rental period has passed.
3. Ratings & Certification Packages (PPL, IR, CPL)
These bundled services are subject to upfront scheduling and favorable rates.
- Refunds are generally not permitted, but may be available as credit toward future services under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), with documentation provided.
- All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to our admin team.
4. How to Request
To request a refund or credit:
- Email us at info@WingsOfAnAngelAviation.com with your booking details and reason for request.
- We’ll review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method or account.
5. Exceptions & Final Decisions
- Refunds or credits are only issued at the discretion of Wings of an Angel Aviation LLC.
- If a training session or rental is canceled by us (e.g., due to weather or mechanical issues), you will receive a full refund or credit.
