2. About Wings of an Angel Aviation

Wings of an Angel Aviation LLC provides aviation-related services, including flight instruction and aircraft rental.

Services may include Private Pilot training, Instrument Rating training, Commercial Pilot progression, aircraft rentals, and related aviation services.

FAA requirements, including applicable minimum-age requirements for student pilot certificates, pilot certificates, ratings, examinations, and other privileges, apply independently of these Terms.

Customers and students are responsible for satisfying applicable eligibility, documentation, medical, certification, and regulatory requirements relevant to the aviation services they receive.

6. Bookings and Scheduling

All training sessions, aircraft rentals, and other scheduled Services are subject to availability.

Bookings may be affected or changed because of:

• Weather
• Aircraft availability
• Aircraft maintenance
• Instructor availability
• Safety conditions
• Airspace restrictions
• Regulatory requirements
• Operational circumstances outside our reasonable control

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify a booking when reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy governs applicable cancellations, credits, and refunds.

7. Pricing and Payments

Prices for flight training, aircraft rental, packages, and other Services are based on the rates communicated or displayed at the applicable time.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the terms associated with the applicable booking, rental, training program, invoice, or service.

We reserve the right to change pricing prospectively. Price changes will not retroactively alter completed transactions unless required to correct an error or as otherwise permitted by law.

8. Online Payment Processing

Our website or customer portal may permit electronic payments.

Payments may be processed using third-party payment processors or financial technology providers, including Intuit.

By submitting a payment, you:

• Represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method
• Authorize the applicable transaction
• Agree to provide accurate billing and payment information
• Agree to pay applicable charges associated with the Services you purchase

Third-party payment services may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies established by the applicable provider.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, processing delays, or technical failures originating solely from independent third-party payment systems, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

9. Refunds, Credits, and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and credits are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Safety and Student Responsibilities

Aviation safety is our highest operational priority.

Students, renters, customers, and other participants must:

• Follow lawful instructions provided by authorized instructors or personnel
• Comply with applicable aviation laws and regulations
• Follow applicable safety procedures
• Arrive appropriately prepared for scheduled activities
• Provide accurate information where safety or regulatory compliance depends upon that information
• Avoid conduct that creates an unreasonable safety risk

We may postpone, cancel, or terminate a session or rental when we reasonably determine that proceeding would create a safety, regulatory, or operational concern.

11. Aircraft Rentals

Aircraft rentals are subject to aircraft availability, applicable rental requirements, pilot qualifications, weather, maintenance status, safety requirements, and Wings of an Angel Aviation policies.

Renters are responsible for complying with applicable aircraft operating procedures, rental requirements, and aviation regulations.

Additional rental documentation or agreements may apply to individual aircraft or transactions. Where applicable, those agreements supplement these Terms.

12. SMS and Electronic Communications

If you provide your telephone number and opt in to receive SMS communications, we may send transactional messages concerning:

• Training sessions
• Booking confirmations
• Scheduling changes
• Reminders
• Aircraft rentals
• Payments
• Customer accounts
• Other service-related matters
